Well, I rang in the New Year in bed instead of with friends, with a tissue in my hand instead of a flute of sparkling champagne. And now, the morning after, I am hangover free, which leaves my mind clear (as long as I have Tylenol and cough medicine actively pulsing through my system) to work on characterization and plotting! I'm off to a productive start......hope all of you are as well.

Hi Wendy-
ReplyDeleteI wonder if starting off the new year with the flu/cold is a cleansing process to get rid of all the junk from last year. Must be, because so many people are going through it. Or, perhaps it is the obvious...flu season. In any case, I hope you feel better and am glad you are feeling inspired.

I just got over a 2 week spell of not writing because of a terrible head cold. I am finally over it and raring to go on writing again. Plotting and characterization sound like too good areas to focus on. I will be checking in often to see how you do. 2010 will be our year!
